Terms and Conditions for Refunds
1. Refund Eligibility - You are eligible for a refund if the container has leakage through the seal, if the product has developed fungus, is producing gas, or has any manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions - Products are not eligible for return or refund if more than 5% of the product has been consumed (based on net weight).
3. Return Window - Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
4. Original Packaging - Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was delivered.
5. Reporting Defects - If you discover fungus or a manufacturing defect upon opening the product, take a clear image of the defect and provide a detailed reason for the return. Do not open the product if there is any visible defect.
6. Empty Bottles - We do not accept empty bottles for return or refund.
